Despite Mexico’s refusal to take any blame in the drug crisis, the Biden Administration agreed to collaborate to address the trafficking of firearms, create campaigns to warn the public in both countries about the dangers of fentanyl and convene experts from each country to share information about overdose prevention. This will do basically nothing to stop the crisis. (Daily Caller)

Texas legislators introduced bills requiring all employers to validate that their new hires are not illegal aliens. Republican State Sen. Lois Kolkhorst introduced SB 1621, identical to Republican State Rep. Steve Toth’s HB 3846, which would mandate E-Verify for all businesses in Texas. (Breitbart News)

President Biden announced that he’s proposing an amendment to Obamacare to include coverage for DACA recipients. An estimated 580,000 illegal aliens are currently enrolled in DACA. Republican states will bring a lawsuit to this move, possibly reopening the legality of DACA. (National Review)

The New York Post reported that New York City is now spending $5 million daily to feed and house migrants in the Big Apple. A new report found that the Department of Homeless Services and Health & Hospitals spend an average of $363 daily to provide food and shelter for a single migrant.
