President Biden told reporters he’s ready to solve the border crisis by passing the Senate’s comprehensive border bill. Several Senate Republicans are trying to sell the idea that this is the most conservative immigration reform offered up in decades because it does not guarantee amnesty to anyone. Fox News reporter Matt Finn tweeted that there’s been a massive change in procedure at Eagle Pass, Texas. A Haitian national in the country illegally has been charged with raping a mentally disabled woman in Boston and was released back onto the streets of the city after local authorities ignored an ICE detainer. Pierre Lucard Emile entered the U.S. illegally in December 2022 and was released with a notice to appear after being deemed inadmissible. Boston has a strict sanctuary city policy that allows rapists back on the streets so long as they’re illegal aliens. Thankfully, ICE arrested him again on January 9th and will seek his deportation.
