The Wall Street Journal reported a record number of migrants arrested at the southern border this fiscal year. Border patrol agents have made 1.82 million arrests this fiscal year, ending September 30th. This is 200,000 more than the previous year. Experts believe they’re expected to break 2 million this year, which will be a first for our country. Regular migrants aside, the number of known terrorists coming across the border has also spiked to 66 known terrorists attempting to enter the US through our southern border. There has also been a 200 percent increase in fentanyl seized at the border. The Biden Administration is at complete fault for this invasion at the border. Things are so bad that the American public has begun to sour on legal and illegal immigration. These moments fundamentally change a people’s political beliefs and allow someone to come in and capitalize on their anger. This is a populist moment, if there ever was one.

The Washington Times reported that the US Marshals Service is drafting a sanctuary policy limiting the agency's ability to hold illegal aliens. This means that US Marshals will have to release a criminal alien even if ICE asks to keep them, so they're not released to the public. This is the destruction of all law enforcement when protecting the homeland's total open border policy.

A piece of good news, grassroots activists in Massachusetts have collected enough signatures to put a referendum on the state ballot to repeal driver's licenses for illegal aliens. Breitbart News reported that the issue was spearheaded by my friend Maureen Maloney whose son Matthew was murdered by an illegal alien in 2011. The illegal alien hit Matthew with his car and dragged him for a quarter of a mile to his death while attempting to flee.

Immigration reformers got the okay to proceed with a lawsuit against the federal government because the Biden immigration policy negatively impacts the environment. This would force the federal government to review the national immigration policy per The National Environmental Policy Act. (Breitbart News)

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that migrants on a TN visa for engineers were being forced to work low-skill jobs. The TN visa is one of the many visas riddled with fraud across the country.
