Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan gang, has an increased presence in the city of Aurora, Colorado. Several local politicians have stated the residents have complained that they have taken over apartment complexes and complained about shootouts. A gang member named Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirino, 22, also known as “Cookie” or “Galleta,” was arrested in response to a shooting. (KDVR) (Axios)

The California Assembly approved a bill to offer taxpayer-funded downpayment assistance for illegal aliens looking to buy a home. The program provides no-interest loans of up to $150,000 to cover down payments and fees. (The Los Angeles Times)

A State Work Permit and Visa Task Force set up by Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt examined how the state can retain global talent and recommended that the state begin offering driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. They’re just suggestions and not laws. (KOCO)

More than 63,000 workers in Florida have had their labor unions fully decertified and shuttered by the state since Gov. DeSantis passed a law stating if fewer than 60 percent of eligible employees are members, unions would have to be recertified as bargaining agents. According to state filings, 54 public sector unions have been legally terminated explicitly because they do not meet the new law's requirements. (WLRN)

A new report from ZipRecuiter.com found that wages for white-collar workers shrunk last year, and blue-collar workers are feeling the pinch this year. Salaries for tech jobs working with back-office and core operations business software that paid between $110,000 and $130,000 a year ago now go to less experienced hires for $85,000 to $100,000.

A new report from the Center for Immigration Studies found that wages for STEM workers have barely increased over the last two decades, showing no shortage of workers in the industry.

Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry signed an executive order banning the teaching of CRT in public school classrooms. (Fox News)

Mizzou is dissolving its Division for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity to pre-empt legislative action from conservative state lawmakers. This was an office created in the wake of the Ferguson riots. (Inside Higher Ed)
